What is Dru Yoga?

Dru is a gentle yet powerful form of yoga and is rooted with Hatha principles. It has grace and flow like Tai Chi, the soft slow movements make it accessible for everyone, any age and of any ability.

You will be taught by Estelle Mulcahy a fully qualified and accredited Dru Yoga teacher. Through a series of uplifting Dru yoga sequences and postures in which all movements can be modified to suit individuals and to include postures that can even be done in a chair.

How Estelle
came to yoga

I found Dru when I was stressed, anxious and suffering with lower back pain. I did wonder what I was letting myself in for, but I left the 90min class and felt like Dru had opened its arms and given me one big hug and whispered “All is well”. From that day forward Dru became a part of my life leading me to where I am today. If I can help just one person to feel the same then Dru has worked it’s magic again..
